Support Team Communication
We help participants stay connected with their support team. Living It Up can support participants to:
share updates (with consent)
communicate with family, carers and providers
prepare for meetings
follow up on next steps
stay supported at home, in the community and at appointments
The participant stays at the centre of all decisions. This support may suit self‑managed or plan‑managed NDIS participants.
Everyday Psychosocial Support
Everyday psychosocial support helps participants build stability, confidence and practical routines in daily life.
Living It Up provides trauma‑informed, non‑clinical support for people living with psychosocial disability. We work alongside participants at their pace with calm, respectful care focused on real everyday needs.
Types of support may include:
Building daily routines
Attending appointments
Accessing the community
Planning and organising everyday tasks
Reducing overwhelm around daily responsibilities
Building confidence using local services and public spaces
