Support Team Communication

We help participants stay connected with their support team. Living It Up can support participants to:

  • share updates (with consent)

  • communicate with family, carers and providers

  • prepare for meetings

  • follow up on next steps

  • stay supported at home, in the community and at appointments

The participant stays at the centre of all decisions. This support may suit self‑managed or plan‑managed NDIS participants.
